Meet Tara

Together, we've already started getting results. Working with Governor Youngkin, the Republican House of Delegates has delivered for Virginia families - lowering taxes, restoring excellence in education, and making record investments in law enforcement. But there is so much more work to be done, that's why I'm running for Virginia Senate.

Tara Durant is a mom to three, former teacher, and Marine wife who has called Stafford County home for 20 years. A former elementary school teacher, Tara is a dedicated community leader, having served on several local nonprofits, PTO Board, and as a youth coach. In the House of Delegates Tara has delivered for Virginia families - lowering taxes, restoring excellence in education, and making record investments in law enforcement.
